Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Hackmann Wealth Partners. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative support to our President and other team members. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business travel, managing daily tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within the firm.
About You
To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills. Outstanding phone skills are mandatory, and poise and composure in a professional environment are essential. Dependability, integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion are also critical qualities for this role. Additionally, you should be able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required, with CRM knowledge being a plus but not necessary. A great energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working in a small but growing business are also desirable traits.
Benefits
As an Administrative Support Professional at Hackmann Wealth Partners, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 based on qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation awards, dependent on individual success and firm performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance with employer/employee contributions, a 401(k) plan, flexible personal/vacation time off, sick leave, and paid holidays. A trial period of six months will apply to the terms of employment.
