Job Description:

The Administrative Support Team Associate is a critical member of the retail operations team at Macy's Stamford Town Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the Store Management Office, and supporting the sales floor teams with timely reporting and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, time-off requests, and employee communications.
  • Coordinate with sales floor teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
