About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Senior Investment Operations Associate to join our Global Investment Operations team in Stamford. The ideal candidate will have a strong investments and operations background and be eager to continuously learn and improve their skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations
  2. Trade confirmation and settlement, securities and cash transfers, and corporate action processing
  3. Performance reporting, account setup, management reporting, audit support, and collateral management
  4. Set up and management of reinsurance trusts
  5. Management of off-balance sheet collateral reports and counter-party exposure reports
Requirements
  • An in-depth understanding of fixed-income investments, foreign exchange forward agreements, derivative collateral agreements (CSAs)
  • Experience with repurchase agreements, Solvency II and NAIC RBC
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related
  • 10-15 years of investment experience, with at least 5 years in an investment operations role
Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
