Position Details:
This is a REMOTE NIGHT SHIFT ROLE
3rd Shift - Core Nights: Sunday through Thursday; 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Flexibility to adjust to daytime hours as project demands arise
Compensation: $26.00/hr to $32.00/hr

Role Responsibilities:
This position entails direct interaction and support for remote locations throughout the United States transitioning to a new technical solution. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential. Active engagement with team members and leadership during shifts, as well as assisting colleagues in troubleshooting deployment challenges, is crucial.
Key Duties Include:
- Preparing for staging of locations (Configuring necessary files and tools)
- Conducting remote software installations for client sites
- Testing and troubleshooting technical deployments
- Collaborating with client site personnel via phone to coordinate technical transitions
- Engaging with third-party vendors for support as needed
- Documenting and updating deployment progress for each site.
Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office environments
- Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and detailed checklists
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient troubleshooting skills (Windows and basic networking)
- Independent troubleshooting of Oracle/Micros Simphony POS systems
- Proficient in configuring Oracle/Micros Simphony POS
- Ability to resolve payment and configuration issues in Micros Simphony POS
- Capability to address post-transition Oracle/Micros Simphony POS payment issues
Education and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supporting Oracle/Micros Simphony POS
- Customer service and IT support experience (e.g., help desk functions) preferred
- Consideration may be given to candidates with a college degree in an IT-related field in lieu of experience
- Basic understanding of Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 operating systems
- Experience with software installations
Experience in the IT hospitality sector is highly desirable.
