Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled ABA Technician to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC. As a leading provider of mental health services in Virginia, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) for clients, in collaboration with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals in their care, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
- Assist in recommending and obtaining wrap-around services for clients, as needed.
- Act as a resource and support for individuals and their families, providing education and guidance on mental health and developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus.
- At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Effective communication skills and open availability to work nights and weekends.
