Job Overview

Therapeutic Alliance, LLC is seeking a dedicated Field Assistant to join our team. As a pivotal member of our staff, you will bridge the gap between clients and therapists, working closely with behavior technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs to implement effective ABA interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA services to clients, ensuring comprehensive care and support.
  • Complete non-billable tasks such as documentation and travel, maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with assessments and treatment plans, collaborating with families and staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct data analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise BT and RBT staff, promoting professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Active RBT license and NPI number, ensuring compliance and professionalism.

Location and Hours
