About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project team by providing administrative and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Management: Navigate our Agile ERP System to download files, conduct gap and compliance assessments of quality management system (QMS) documents against specified criteria, and edit/redline needed changes in QMS documents.
  2. Project Coordination: Create change orders in Agile, load files, and log progress and track assessment information in project files.
  3. Technical Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the project team, including proficiency with Microsoft suite - specifically Word, Teams, and Sharepoint.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft suite, and experience with document gap and compliance assessments.
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
