Job Description

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of computer assignments, radios, Documentum changes, AAE SharePoint, training scheduling, Success Factor training, and audit preparation
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to our team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in SAP and other administrative software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
