Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to leadership and teams, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Prepare correspondence, communications, and responses to inquiries on behalf of supported leaders with limited oversight.
  • Arrange domestic and international business travel, coordinate meeting and event arrangements, and track expenses with a high level of detail.
  • Monitor and track expenses against budgets, resolve discrepancies, and provide reports to cost center owners or budget managers.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of department or group events or special projects.
  • Act as the departmental focal point with external vendors, contractors, or service providers.
  • Act as a resource for and provide guidance and coaching to administrative and student staff with less experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be willing to work overtime (extra hours beyond your regular scheduled) if required.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
