Overview:

CorVel is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing assistance and support to our bill review team through various administrative tasks, including managing provider databases, overseeing vendor relations, and handling copy and print projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming mail and execute print jobs
  • Process form letters, state forms, and reports
  • Assist bill review analysts with telephone communications, including provider inquiries
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during work hours
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in PC usage, particularly Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational capabilities

Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in a provider or clinic setting is preferred.
