Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Emerging Blue Jobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our product lines to retail partners and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and sell our product lines to retail partners
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Outside sales experience selling business-to-business, preferably in the gift industry
- Understanding of the sales process, including needs assessment, qualifying, contracting, and follow-up
- Ability to develop creative solutions to customer needs and provide excellent presentation skills
- Experience with independent retail and regional key accounts
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

$55,000 base salary + commission (this role will slowly transition into a fully commission-based role)

Physical DemandsSome lifting and carrying of catalogs, samples, computer equipment for day-to-day sales call activity, on multiple occasions throughout the workday
Occasionally required to move or set up for meetings or show displays, including but not limited to furniture and display pieces
Travel in the field for customer visits, to trade shows and markets, or for other sales activity or meetings
