Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing sales and financing strategies to increase the value of home sites and community sales, while maintaining and increasing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, generate interest, and establish positive relationships with the community.
  • Research market trends, demographics, competition, products, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to drive new and used home sales, and implement sales strategies to maintain and increase home sales.
  • Prepare and distribute advertising materials to gain visibility in the marketplace.
  • Understand, communicate, and document customer, vendor, and financial transactions for future potential clients.
  • Assist the Community Manager with general office responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, with property management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid operator's license and the ability to travel between communities.
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
