Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Peace of Mind Child Care Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for toddlers, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Educational Programs: Develop and implement engaging and interactive educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
- Support Children's Learning: Provide individualized support and guidance to each child, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential.
- Work Collaboratively: Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor Progress: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including daily reports and attendance sheets.
