**Toddler Educator Specialist**
About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Toddler Educator Specialist to join our team at Peace of Mind Child Care Center. As a key member of our toddler program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in our youngest learners.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with state standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and communication with parents/guardians.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and research-based methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with toddlers (18 months - 3 years old).
- Advanced training in areas such as child development, special needs, or educational leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
