Job Title:

**Toddler Educator Specialist**

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Toddler Educator Specialist to join our team at Peace of Mind Child Care Center. As a key member of our toddler program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in our youngest learners.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with state standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and communication with parents/guardians.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and research-based methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with toddlers (18 months - 3 years old).
  • Advanced training in areas such as child development, special needs, or educational leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
