Child Development Assistant Lead

**Job Overview:**
Little Hawks Early Learning Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to serve as a Child Development Assistant Lead. This critical role requires a team player who can effectively support the primary classroom teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with young children and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As a member of our team, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress, providing additional support to students with special needs, and contributing to the overall well-being of the class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the primary teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
- Support students with special or individual needs
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed educational environment
- An associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
