About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Professional to join our team at Peace of Mind Child Care Center. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged [insert age range]. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and education to our toddlers, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual child needs and learning styles.
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  3. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians through regular updates, newsletters, and parent-teacher conferences.
  4. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers (18 months - 3 years old).
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
