**Job Title:** Child Development Therapist

East Tennessee Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our pediatric therapy department, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

**About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and therapy skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for State of Tennessee licensure are required. **Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients to identify areas of strength and need
  • Develop personalized plans of care to promote optimal function and safety
  • Provide skilled therapy sessions, reassessing patient status regularly
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services per department standards
  • Collaborate with other clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for State of Tennessee licensure
  • Strong diagnostic and therapy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
