We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Associate to join our team at Little Hawks Early Learning Center.

Job Summary

This role involves supporting the primary classroom teacher with activities and learning exercises, as well as contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with young children in a similar role
  • Possession of First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
