Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at AnswerMTI. As a key member of our front desk reception function, you will be responsible for professionally handling incoming calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone, and gathering and relaying required information.

Your work will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Verifying and entering information accurately into our system
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications Needed:

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation: $16 / Hour
