Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll interact with community members and donors at outreach events, attend in-office meetings, and maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with community members and donors at outreach events
  • Attend in-office meetings to stay up to date on client offerings and services
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to strict level of compliance when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community
  • Attend networking events and/or conferences to further education and expand sales knowledge and skill sets
  • Track personal and team performance using key performance indicators provided during training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or related experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage personal time and prioritize interactions when needed
  • Flexibility to adapt and remain calm around changing customer needs and sales and marketing requirements
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
  • Adherence to company and client-provided policies, industry regulations, and standards
