Position Title: Client Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time – Regular

Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: $15 to $17/hour

Shift Schedule: 7am to 4pm (Monday – Friday)

Role Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist (CSS), you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of mail, reprographics, supplies, and fulfillment services. Your duties will encompass maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, along with the occasional operation of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute various tasks as directed by management, including mail services, reprographics, supplies, and fulfillment services.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards while occasionally operating complex, automated equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Compensation Disclosure:

The pay range for this position starts at $15.00/hour; however, the base salary offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be included as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
