Litigation Specialist

A leading company, Innova Solutions, is seeking a skilled Litigation Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategies for the resolution of trouble accounts, protecting client assets, and arranging for repossession of equipment in accordance with external laws and codes and internal policy and procedures.

• Develop and implement effective strategies for resolving trouble accounts.
• Protect client assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate repossession of equipment and manage relationships with collection agencies.
• Monitor and manage functional inboxes and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 1-3 years of commercial transaction and workout experience.
• Collections or customer service experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of various resolution strategies and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Innova Solutions offers a competitive pay range of $28/hr - $33/hr and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
