We are seeking to hire a full-time Patient Services Coordinator who embodies enthusiasm, friendliness, and reliability. While prior experience in a medical office is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assisting: Welcome patients and visitors by providing a warm greeting, whether in person or over the phone, and effectively addressing inquiries or directing them as necessary.
  • Appointment Management: Enhance patient satisfaction and optimize provider time by efficiently scheduling appointments, both in person and via telephone.
  • Appointment Coordination: Ensure patient appointments run smoothly by notifying providers of arrivals, reviewing service delivery against the schedule, and alerting them to any delays.
  • Account Maintenance: Manage patient accounts by collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information, including obtaining prior authorizations for medications and imaging when required.
  • Revenue Management: Facilitate revenue collection by recording and updating financial data, managing patient charges, and processing third-party claims.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain office supplies and equipment by monitoring inventory levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and scheduling service and repairs as necessary.
  • Emergency Response: Provide assistance to patients in distress by responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Uphold patient rights by ensuring the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving related objectives as needed.
