Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator II- PMHNP to join our team at Charles R Drew University of Medicine and Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations of the Program, monitoring program performance, and preparing performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student activities, including orientation, class schedules, recruitment, and admissions
  • Prepare and maintain statistical records and documents for progress reports
  • Support budget planning activities and assure course evaluations are completed
  • Manage community engagement events and make conference, travel, and lodging arrangements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Seven to ten years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education
  • Mid to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
