Job Summary

The Employee Benefits Coordinator at Placon Corporation is responsible for administering company benefit plans and programs, including health, dental, flexible spending, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and other benefit plans offered by the company.

Main Accountabilities
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems that align with corporate mission, vision, values, strategic initiatives, and annual business plans.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Primary trainer for the Human Resources team on benefits and related procedures.

Expected Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
