We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team at ABR Employment Services in Fitchburg, WI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. This includes health, dental, flexible spending, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and other benefit plans offered by the company.

About the Role:
  • Administer company benefit plans and programs with attention to detail and adherence to regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.

  • A competitive salary of $72,000 - $78,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish).
Preferred Skills:
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with personal computer applications.
Work Environment:
  • Inside: Office and occasional work/exposure in a production environment.
  • Equipment/Tools Used: Personal computer, fax, phone, calculator, copy machine, Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, Kronos, C-Cure, i-Solved.
  • Physical Requirements: Light work (lift 10 lbs): Occasional - Office equipment and supplies.
