Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Branch Sales Professional to join our team. As a Branch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling additional services and general pest control protection to customers, conducting inspections, and developing long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers via cold-calls, warm leads, onsite at their residence, place of business or similar
  • Creatively prospect for new sales opportunities
  • Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts
  • Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished
  • Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy
  • Execute contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policies as to terms of sale and payment options
  • Manage collection effort on delinquent accounts of personal sales contracts
  • Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop additional prospects
  • Report unusual requests or questions from customers and any safety incidents immediately to direct supervisor
  • Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • 6-12 months related experience and/or training in sales and dealing with the public; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
  • Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
  • Must earn and maintain state-required training (provided) and pest control licensing
