Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Medical Assistant or EMT to join our team at University Hospitals Urgent Care. As a Clinical Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and treatments
  • Perform triage and obtain vital signs
  • Document patient history and medical interventions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Collect and maintain patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality
  • Administer medications and perform various clinical procedures
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant, LPN, EMT, RN, or X-Ray Technology program from an accredited institution
  • One year of relevant healthcare experience; preferably urgent care or emergency department
  • Proficiency in venipuncture and injections
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures, medical anatomy, and physiology
Licenses & Certifications
  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • EMT Certification
  • Preferred: RN Certification, Paramedic Certification, LPN Certification
