Job Title: Client Service Representative

At Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, managing practice administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring every interaction is warm, friendly, and professional.
  • Manage practice administrative tasks, including record maintenance, appointment tracking, and data entry.
  • Coordinate actions with doctors and practice team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, as well as manage client accounts.
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, including reminders and notifications.
  • Perform backup of the computer system and oversee daily business operations.
  • Welcoming clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring an excellent experience during their visit.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred.
  • Client satisfaction references preferred.
  • Practices OSHA safety techniques, including proper PPE.
