About the Role

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of environmental services, including emergency response, remediation, and industrial cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure worksite by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise work crews completing operational duties at spills, projects, and other job sites, working closely with senior management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare timesheets, work summaries, and manifests as required, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Waste Management: Prepare waste for shipment and delivery, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Resource Management: Manage time, materials, personnel, and equipment on worksites, procuring rental equipment as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Equipment and Material Use: Ensure the proper use of equipment and materials, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Customer and Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with customers and regulatory agencies, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to various types of emergency response incidents 24/7, working closely with senior management.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize area resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • Driving Record: Driving record that meets company standards and current DMV printout required.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • CDL License: CDL license preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related industry.
  • HAZWOPER Certification: 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required (training available).
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Pass a physical, including drug and alcohol screening, and a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions
  • Physical Activity: Push and pull on a frequent daily basis, twist and turn, lift items overhead, stand for 6-8 hours, crouch and stoop for prolonged periods, and type and data entry.
  • Lifting: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent daily basis.
  • Environmental Conditions: Work in all environmental temperatures and weather conditions.
