Position Overview:
Hhoteldubai is seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the San Diego region and provide support across the Western United States, including CA, NV, ID, and OR. This role is anticipated to be temporary but may extend up to 18 months or longer, with potential travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
The Culinary Operations Manager will focus on:
- Managing daily culinary production, including planning and quality control.
- Ensuring adherence to culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality.
- Overseeing food costing, compliance, and inventory management.
- Developing innovative menus and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Training and developing frontline culinary staff.
- Staying updated with culinary trends and dietary requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A robust culinary background with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to uphold company standards.
- Experience in high-volume food service, preferably in healthcare or senior living environments.
- Proven management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
