Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the site team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the site, including production, sales, design, customer service, inventory management, delivery, and administrative activities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, promote a healthy work environment, and maintain a safe and secure site.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of direct reports, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensure excellent customer service, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: Four years of related leadership experience in the lumber or building materials industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LBM ERP Software.
