Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Club Bell Person to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors, and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist Residence owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing assistance with transporting groceries, luggage, and/or packages to and from cars, units, and other areas.
  • Supply Residence owners/guests/visitors with directions if requested, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Assist in maintaining a clear drive on Residences entrance and direct all moving and delivery personnel to the loading dock.
  • Collaborate with the Valet Lead to resolve any issues related to vehicles, ensuring our guests' needs are met.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
  • Polish luggage carts and maintain their cleanliness, adhering to our high standards of service.
  • Maintain clear passage into the building and car drop-off area, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • No license or certification required.
