Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Club Bell Person to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors, and guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Assist Residence owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Supply Residence owners/guests/visitors with directions and information, making sure they feel informed and supported throughout their stay.
  • Maintain a clear drive on Residences entrance, ensuring a safe and accessible path for all.
  • Assist in directing all moving and delivery personnel to the loading dock, streamlining our operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Valet Lead to resolve any issues related to vehicles, providing exceptional service and support to our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Polish luggage carts and maintain their cleanliness, ensuring our equipment is always in top condition.
  • Maintain clear passage into the building and car drop-off area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to your manager.
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises, prioritizing the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, upholding the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Move at a speed required to respond to work situations, ensuring a prompt and efficient response to our guests' needs.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance, demonstrating physical ability and strength.
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, demonstrating flexibility and range of motion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
