Job Summary

Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely. Contact the appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors. Maintain the security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Monitor and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels, and report any vehicles, safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager or supervisor. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
