We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Club Member Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and departure processes, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Conduct pre-calls to arriving members, make pre-arrival arrangements, and handle member requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review and log member preferences and traces in our computer system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle Front Office duties, including check-in, check-out, and administrative tasks, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to member requests for visitor information, special arrangements, and activities, making arrangements or identifying suitable providers as needed.
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities, to enhance the member experience.
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in our computer system.
