Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Club Bell Person to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with luggage and packages, ensuring seamless transportation to and from vehicles and residences.
  • Supply directions and information to guests, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their stay.
  • Maintain a clear and safe drive on the Residences entrance, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with the Valet Lead to resolve any issues related to guest vehicles.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas, upholding the highest standards of our luxury brand.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing warm and welcoming service to our guests.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
