Responsabilidades

Cultivar un entorno de conexión genuina con el consumidor al enfocarse en ofrecer experiencias excepcionales que sean atractivas, eficientes y personalizadas. Dar vida a la experiencia definitiva del consumidor en el comercio minorista.

Apoyar al Líder de Tienda y al Asistente del Líder de Tienda en contar la historia de Carhartt a nivel de tienda al ejecutar iniciativas del programa de experiencia del consumidor, Merchandising Visual y Estándares Visuales.

Fomentar el Compromiso de los Asociados promoviendo un ambiente de equipo positivo y colaborativo donde los asociados puedan dar lo mejor de sí cada día.

Colaborar con el Líder de Tienda y el Asistente del Líder de Tienda en la capacitación, coaching y retroalimentación, según sea apropiado, de los asociados, asegurando un crecimiento positivo a lo largo de su trayectoria como asociados.

Apoyar al Líder de Tienda y al Asistente del Líder de Tienda en la ejecución oportuna y efectiva de los controles de tienda y los estándares operativos (incluida la administración de políticas y procedimientos) mientras se contribuye a ayudar a que la tienda sea rentable y proporcione un ambiente de trabajo seguro.

Comunicar con el Líder de Tienda y el Asistente del Líder de Tienda sobre datos operativos; incluyendo información sobre productos (mezcla, tendencias, necesidades), competencia local, eventos, etc.

Apoyar las estrategias de generación de ingresos establecidas por la Corporación y el Líder de Tienda y monitorear métricas de rendimiento para ayudar a alcanzar/superar los objetivos de la tienda.

Asistir al Líder de Tienda y al Asistente del Líder de Tienda con asociaciones externas y promociones de eventos en beneficio de la tienda.

Apoyar la ejecución de eventos de compromiso comunitario.

Interactuar con la comunidad local y apoyar al Líder de Tienda y al Asistente del Líder de Tienda en presentar ideas para continuar aumentando la conciencia de la marca.

Asistir al Líder de Tienda y al Asistente del Líder de Tienda en el reclutamiento e identificación de talento potencial para todos los puestos.

Responsabilidad sobre el desarrollo individual y el crecimiento profesional.

Educación
  • Diploma de Escuela Secundaria o equivalente GED
Habilidades y Experiencia Requeridas
  • Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o GED; se prefiere título universitario.
  • 1 año de experiencia supervisora en un entorno minorista preferido.
  • Ventas, servicio al cliente, merchandising, control de inventario y prevención de pérdidas.
  • Conocimiento en contratación, coaching, asesoramiento, capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, priorización y comunicación.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
  • Habilidades informáticas: Sistemas POS y Microsoft Office.
