About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and update Reeb Safety and Health policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while effectively communicating these policies throughout the organization.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Reeb Safety & Health Policies, providing guidance to site policy champions.
• Collaborate with site management to prepare and communicate safety and environmental reports to both internal and external stakeholders:

  • Internal: Safety Reports, Injury/Incident Alerts, Reeb Safety Policy Updates, Internal Audit Reports, etc.

  • External: OSHA 300/300A Reporting, review Reeb location Safety Alerts for relevance, and develop action plans to address local hazards.

• Facilitate risk assessments and corrective action processes to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Oversee safety improvement initiatives with corporate and site-level resources.
• Coordinate and deliver site-level safety training through various formats: Web-based, Instructor-Led, and Hands-On.
• Address coworker safety concerns, encouraging participation in solutions and utilizing resources to ensure efficient and effective resolution.
• Partner with the Corporate Safety Manager to implement the internal safety auditing process at local and other sites.
