Pharmacy Director Opportunity

Veracity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy operations and a proven track record of improving services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and policies for departmental operation

• Manage the pharmacy team, including hiring, training, and performance management

• Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews and staff development

• Work with physicians and other clinicians to implement evidence-based guidelines and protocols for drug use

• Provide drug information and support to nurses, physicians, and other pharmacists

Requirements:

• BS Pharmacy required, PharmD and/or MBA/MS preferred

• Current state license to practice pharmacy

• Minimum five years' experience in hospital pharmacy, with a focus on leadership and operations
