Job Title: Implementation Communications Consultant

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a skilled Implementation Communications Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Communications Consultant, you will play a critical role in building and executing a participant communications strategy during plan transitions. Your primary focus will be on corporate actions with existing Fidelity clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a communication and education strategy for clients, identifying key priorities and needs.
  • Highlight Fidelity's customization abilities and incorporate them into the strategy, while positioning Fidelity's standard processes.
  • Review project requirements and estimate client costs, creating a communications project plan or timeline, securing communication requirements, and providing status updates throughout the project.
  • Acquire client, plan, and project information from clients, internal partners, and prior record-keepers to develop communications.
  • Draft communications, employee meeting presentations, and other informational components, ensuring cost efficiencies.
  • Review communications with Fidelity legal/compliance, internal service teams, and clients.
  • Coordinate production, setup, and delivery of communications.
  • Hold communication collaborators accountable for delivery dates and document completion dates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services is preferred.
  • At least 2 years' communications consulting experience is preferred.
  • Confirmed project management experience is required.
  • Confirmed understanding of communication processes from writing and editing through distribution across print and email is required.
  • Ability to write and/or edit readable, user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to improve message is required.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions independently is required.
  • Knowledge of the communications and financial industry standards is required.
  • Consultative selling skills and experience are required.
  • Strong client servicing skills are required.
