- Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Support departmental communications, ensuring staff have relevant information to perform their job functions and facilitating collaboration.
- Assist with external and internal stakeholder engagement communications, strengthening event planning and management for the department and individual technology initiatives.
- Capture key needs and action items from senior management, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Systems Optimization and Process Improvement
- Manage the customization and efficient utilization of departmental software, including CRM, project management tools, and Microsoft Teams, working closely with IT and other stakeholders.
- Document existing departmental operations and create best practice guides to ensure alignment and optimize efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize collaboration and connection intra- and inter-departmentally.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading operations or administrative management.
- 2+ years of experience in supervision or project leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with project management, including ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks.
- Experience with contract and budget administration.
- Experience with process improvement and documenting operations.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and team-building experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain communication in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and project management software.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and external partners.
