SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of service delivery for two or more counties in New Jersey.

This role will serve both Mercer and Union Counties in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral health discipline and seven years of post-master's experience, with five years of supervisory experience.

The Regional Director will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development of project budgets and ensuring revenue and expenses are monitored.
  • Supervising, coordinating, and implementing SERV's treatment programs at the designated regional office.
  • Cooperating with the licensee and Department of Human Services staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a system for review and verification of credentials of staff prior to hire and as needed.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and monitor revenue and expenses monthly.
  • Provide feedback to individual local management staff on an as needed basis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline from an accredited school.
  • Seven years post-master's experience; five years supervisory experience.
  • State licensure or license-eligible at the highest level in a behavioral health profession is preferred but not required.
