The Regional Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic growth of the GI medical group and faculty. This individual will work closely with service line leaders to execute the vision of the system for the growth of GI in the region.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic growth of the GI medical group and faculty.
- Collaborate with service line leaders to execute the business development and strategic planning initiatives for system-wide services.
- Support operational leadership for continued growth and development of the academic faculty, sub-specialty multidisciplinary programs, and growth of the GI medical group.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new programs in collaboration with program leaders to apply innovation in services, technology, and care delivery.
The Regional Director will be responsible for facilitating the executive vision for the growth of GI and endoscopic services at RWJUH, cultivating relationships between academic departments and the hospital/health system, and space and technology planning.
- Key Objectives:
- Facilitate the executive vision for the growth of GI and endoscopic services.
- Cultivate relationships between academic departments and the hospital/health system.
- Support the growth of the GI medical group in the southern region.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or a similar academic medical center environment with a focus in G.I, Digestive Health, or a related specialty.
