About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Incyte Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining physician, clinic, and hospital clientele, as well as acting as a liaison between our company and the medical communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential accounts within the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and close new diagnostic opportunities with physicians, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Manage new and existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell existing accounts to increase revenue and expand our market share.
  • Manage all aspects of interfaces, remote printers, and web-based reporting for clients, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Provide problem resolution for all accounts within the assigned territory, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Represent Incyte Diagnostics at conferences and sponsorship events, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute valuable insights and information at necessary Incyte Diagnostic meetings, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, medical technology, or sciences, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Laboratory or diagnostic sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to attract new customers and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and adherence to Incyte Diagnostics' Transportation Policy.
