Job Summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse and Community Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Resource Center, including the food pantry, emergency services, life skills classes, and seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the warehouse and food pantry operations, including receiving and stocking donations, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and record food distributions to clients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with seasonal and special events, and provide support to the Community Services Program Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree or higher with work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Client Management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
