Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Lead to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and support of our MES system, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of MES projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Configure and customize MES solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Integrate MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure MES functionality and performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in MES implementation and support within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in MES software such as Traksys, PASX or similar.
  • Experience with system integration and interfacing with ERP, and Automation Ledger Systems.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and risk management.
