Digital Transformation Director

Are you a strategic leader looking to drive digital transformation and innovation in a dynamic and diverse environment? As a key player in Kenvue's North America Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of strategies, goals, and objectives that drive business growth and improvement.

The Director, Make Excellence & Digital will be responsible for driving the overall digital transformation by deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. This includes partnering with the Global Supply Chain and appropriate councils to identify key emerging digital technologies, prioritize digital innovation pipeline of opportunities, and drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap.

As a site Subject Matter Expert for digital, problem solving, and innovation, you will support daily business operations and function as the site leader in your absence. You will also drive mindset and behavior changes across the site through leadership of various initiatives, capability building, and leadership of change management in line with principles of The Kenvue Way, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and execution of strategies, goals, and objectives
• Driving the overall digital transformation by deploying end-to-end digital solutions
• Partnering with the Global Supply Chain and appropriate councils to identify key emerging digital technologies
• Supporting daily business operations and functioning as the site leader in your absence
• Driving mindset and behavior changes across the site through leadership of various initiatives

Requirements include:

• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline
• A minimum of 10 years of Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehousing, Customer Service and/or related field experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills and professional judgment
• Strong data visualization and analytical skills including statistical tool knowledge
• Strong financial acumen at both plant/business level and department budgetary level
