Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to reduce setup time and increase machine utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and facilitate customer drawing reviews.
  • Facilitate process development and improvement, and develop and execute process validation protocols.
  • Support the management of non-conforming material processes and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Lead risk management activities and perform internal audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule.
  • Participate in customer and regulatory audits as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in quality control.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality analysis tools, including FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
  • Exposure to inspection equipment and techniques.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
