Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and document results of quality inspections across all operating work centers

Complete and document results of shift testing, including tensile, roundness, and force testing, wire diameter checks, and hanging weight tests

Document non-conforming material, calculate, and perform rational AQL assessments to disposition nonconforming material

Support and execute in-process quality studies of new and existing materials, AQLs, analyzing data, identifying, and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

Associate's degree in a related technical field or 5 years of equivalent work experience in quality systems improvement

5+ years of practical inspection and quality experience in manufacturing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience interpreting material drawings and specifications

Ability to interpret customer quality and technical specifications

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams)
